  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Costs

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking updates after customs clearance


Incorrect or Incomplete Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds may not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address information


Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • 25 business days (International)
