La Tourangelle's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is 100% organic, cold-pressed from Picual olives, harvested early in the season in Andalusia, Spain, and processed on-site the same day. This process preserves their naturally high antioxidant levels, yielding a wholesome, well-balanced, extra-fresh oil that's ideal for daily cooking. The result is a well-balanced, intense, and fruity extra virgin olive oil with hints of freshly cut grass, almond, and fresh olive leaves, and a peppery finish. Our 100% organic extra virgin olive oil is Star-K kosher certified, Non-GMO Project verified, and made from USDA organic-certified Picual olives. Included is one 25.4 fl. oz. canister of organic extra virgin olive oil with a medium-high cooking heat and high antioxidant content.
