At Siete, we always look forward to tacos—on Taco Night or any night! In South Texas, many restaurants feature a crispy taco plate on their menu, which includes crunchy tacos filled with ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, and a side of Mexican rice and beans. Whenever we dine out, we order a few of these plates for the table to share family-style! Inspired by this delicious platter, we created these Maíz Corn Taco Shells with thoughtfully selected ingredients like organic yellow corn and avocado oil for more people to enjoy. Why avocado oil? Avocado oil is an ingredient that plays a big role in our culture.
